इसलिए, Return या Cancellation केवल वाजिब कारणों पर ही स्वीकार की जाएगी।

? 2. Return Policy (वापसी नीति)

1. केवल Manufacturing Defect या Wrong Product मिलने पर ही Return स्वीकार किया जाएगा।


2. Mind Change, Color Difference, या Design Preference जैसे कारणों पर Return नहीं लिया जाएगा।


3. Return की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने से पहले ग्राहक को unboxing video देना आवश्यक होगा।

5. Shipping Charges (दोनों तरफ) – ग्राहक को देने होंगे।


6. अगर किसी ऑर्डर में कंपनी ने अतिरिक्त खर्च (पैकिंग, हैंडलिंग, या पेमेंट गेटवे फीस) किया है, तो वो भी ग्राहक से लिया जाएगा।


7. Refund केवल वही राशि होगी जो net product value के बाद बचती है।

1. ऑर्डर केवल dispatch से पहले रद्द किया जा सकता है।


2. एक बार प्रोडक्ट dispatch हो जाने पर cancellation स्वीकार नहीं होगा।


3. ऑर्डर cancel करने पर —

Shipping / Handling / Payment Gateway Charges ग्राहक से लिए जाएंगे।

अगर ऑर्डर custom-made या made-to-order है, तो cancellation बिल्कुल संभव नहीं है।
